Chrissy has a long standing passion for nutrition and wellness. Childhood times were often spent with her mother in the kitchen, who made everything from scratch and got her involved in helping. During her teens, Chrissy developed a keen interest in holistic health practices and began studying many modalities, as well as delving deeper into healthy nutrition.
While at university in London, she focused on Health Psychology as part of her degree. In her twenties, Chrissy started making raw superfood organic chocolate, which sold at health food stores and cafes in London and Munich for a few years.
In 2009 she moved to Los Angeles and production continued, selling at Erewhon, amongst other places. People often consulted her on nutrition and she later formalised that through becoming a NBHWC, national board certified health and wellness coach, through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Since being a mother of two daughters, based in Topanga Canyon for over 10 years, she enjoys being a health coach to her clients, supporting them making lifestyle changes, to improve physical and emotional health.
Chrissy continues to make healthy treats, sold direct to consumer and events. They are a product of a lifelong interest and study in health and nutrition and have been formulated to be a nourishing and guilt free indulgence.
